WV Peach Festival Rules and Guidelines:

The Application is your contract, by filling out and submitting the application/contract you are agreeing to abide by the WVPF Rules and Guideline stated below.

  1. Application/Contract’s will be sent to returning vendors first. Then they will be open to the public with a cut off date by July 15, 2024. The payment is due by July 15, 2024.
  2. A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
  3. Application/Contracts are accepted and processed on a first-come-first-served basis, based on the online application date and or postmark. Spaces will be assigned when vendors are approved and all completed paperwork and payment has been submitted in full, on or by July 15th.
  4. If you are bringing a trailer, The Peach Festival will require a picture of your trailer to be included with your application/contract, with trailer measurements including door openings, ramps, and tongue.
  5. Confirmation will be provided via email upon receipt of the completed application/contract and payment. Please, provide a valid email address. The WV Peach Festival will make every attempt to contact vendors. If you have not been contacted by the WV Peach Festival, please contact the WV Peach Festival
  6. All Vendors are required to stay for the entire festival and have a representative at your space during all hours of the event day. Friday will be an optional day for attendance.
  7. Space setup starts at noon on Thursday and then at 7am on Friday. Friday setup must be completed by 9:30 am. After 9:30 am Aug 2nd, no vehicles will be permitted on the grounds.
  8. Changes to set-up location will not be made on the day(s) of the event. If you have specific needs, please indicate them in your Application/Contract and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  9. Only ONE vendor per a space permitted
  10. Electric has limited availability. Requests for space with electricity will be assigned on a first come fist serve basis and is not guaranteed. If a space is not available with electricity the additional fee for electricity will be refunded.
  11. Vendors are required to dispose of their trash daily. A Dumpster will be located on the fairgrounds. Trash must be compacted, flattened containers, break down boxes, placed in a heavy-duty trash bag and tied shut.
  12. No Vehicles will be permitted on the grounds during festival hours
  13. This is a Rain or shine Event, be prepared for weather
  14. The Wv Peach Festival Committee reserves the right to dismiss vendors for inappropriate wares, behavior, or customer interactions. Dismissal from this event will result in loss of all privileges to return to future events, and there will be no refunds.
  15. All Vendors are required to stay within your assigned area. All vendors are required to keep the 3ft space between each vendor spot clear in case of emergency.
  16. Vendors using generators will be placed in the outer vendor space(s) due to fumes and noise created by generators.
  17. A Vendor Parking lot will be available and can be found on the festival map. Vendors will be given a Parking Pass to display in the vehicle. Vehicles without WVPF Parking Passes will be towed at the owner’s expense.
  18. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment such as tables, chairs, tents, rechargeable fans, etc.… The WV Peach Festival will not be providing any vendor equipment.
